Sylvia's chocolate recipe book is an associate of the Loveti Group of companies who are a marketing and publishing company providing services to aid in the distribution and sale of e-books and information services. We do not engage in mlm activities nor do we endorse pyramid or ponzi systems of any form. We strictly sell products or services with the aid of a referral system which offers commissions for referrals and all such commissions are covered by our promotional budgets or from the proceeds of books or services sold using our system.
If you do not perceive the actual product you are buying from our website to be worth $5 you should not purchase it nor should you purchase our products for the purpose of making money as commission results can vary from customer to customer based on their own personal efforts. As such you agree that you are buying our e-book for its face value only.

SPAMMING POLICY
You will not send emails (spam) to anyone you do not know personally.

You will not hold chocolate.zooloot.com or its associate companies, employees or officers liable for any actions taken against you for breaching any spamming laws while promoting our products.

You understand that you are buying 100 chocolate recipes for $5. We do not give any guarantees to the number of people who will sign up through your personal referral program and as such cannot guarantee any commission results which will vary from customer to customer depending on their own referrals and marketing efforts.

DOWNLOADING RECIPES
After you have paid and we have received confirmation of payment from our payment processor, (this is usually instant or within 1 to 2 minutes,) you will be able to gain access to a PDF page with our 100 chocolate recipes. You may download our 100 chocolate recipe ebook and print a copy for your personal use only. You do not have rights to distribute this book in any way or you must not reproduce it in any form printed or otherwise without the express permission of the author.

5. You agree to pay $5 for our 100 chocolate recipes through Alertpay or PayPal and you may not make any charge backs for any reason after you have completed your purchase.

You understand that referral commission payments will be paid to you by "cash out" request only; (within your account) and will be paid directly to any Alertpay or Paypal account you request. All payments will be checked before payout to ensure that you are a valid custom who has made a valid purchase of a product personally. Therefore it is important that you include in your commission "cash out" payment request (within your account) the Alertpay / PayPal email account you used to make your initial purchase payment (preferably) so this may be correctly validated.
Alertpay and Paypal payments are usually made within 1 to 24 hours of your request.


REFUND POLICY
We always want to satisfy our customers needs and want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. We do not accept chargebacks in any form but will however listen to any complaint you may have with our products or services. If you are not happy in any way with your purchase please contact us and we will offer you a full refund if we are satisfied with your complaint without obligation.

FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to investigate and or prosecute to the full extent of the law any member that attempts to fraudulently misuse our system in any way. We monitor all activities and will investigate accounts that we suspect of criminal activities. Such accounts will also be frozen until a full investigation is completed.

Duplicate accounts
You can only have one account at the same IP address and may not have 2 or more accounts under and circumstances. Any attempt to create more than one account will be seen as a fraud attempt and will cause all of your accounts and funds to be frozen until a full investigation is conducted. If you have any reason that you need 2 or more accounts you must write to us in advance of attempting to set such accounts.

Taxes and Government liabilities
We report all our earnings to our local tax and government office and recommend that you do the same. We accept no liability for any tax liabilities you incure as a result of any earnings you may receive from us.

HARASSMENT POLICY
We strongly object to harassment in any form towards other members or our administration services staff. We have strict policies that ensure that all issues are dealt with through our service department, and can not be held liable for the services of third party companies. Should a member use any threats towards our staff or service providers or lodge a complaint of any kind with one of our service providers without making all efforts to resolve the issue through our service channels we will close their account immediately without liability.

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. You are therefore advised to check these terms and conditions periodically to ensure you still agree with them. Should you not agree with any updated terms and condition you may close your account at any time by email request.
